Hereby we notify on the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No 1735  "On prohibition of the use of 2,4,4′-Trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether in the production of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs" (notified as the draft by G/TBT/N/UKR/224). The Order was adopted on 24 September 2022, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 11 October 2022, published on 21 October 2022 and will enter into force on 21 January 2023.
