Description

The present Rules regulates the labelling requirements which shall be met by foodstuffs and food ingredients intended for final consumers and mass caterers, and which have been produced, in whole or in part, from genetically modified soya or genetically modified maize.  These Rules shall not apply to food additives, flavourings and extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs
