Clauses 10 of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 144) B.E.2535(1992) Food in Sealed Container dated 2 July B.E.2535(1992) is withdrawn and replaced by the following statement: "Clause 10 Labelling of food in sealed container shall be in accordance with the Notification of Ministry of Public Health regarding labelling.  The label of fruit cocktail and fruit salad in sealed container are exempted from being in accordance with clause 3(5) of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.194) B.E.2543(2000) Labelling dated 19 September B.E.2543(2000) amended by the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.252) B.E.2545(2002) Labelling (No.2) dated 30 May B.E.2545(2002), however only main ingredients, shall be displayed without stating the amount in percentage of weight.
