Clauses 3(5) and 5 of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 194) B.E.2543(2000) Labelling dated 19 September B.E.2543(2000) is withdrawn and replaced by the following statements: "(5) Main ingredients in approximate weight in descending order except: 	(a)	foods which have the whole area for labelling less than 35 cm2, however, 		there must be statements of main ingredients on the package of such food, 		or 	(b)	foods which have only one main ingredient excluding food additives, 			flavouring agent, food enhancers or food colour as constituents." "Clause 5 Labels of foods which are not directly sold to consumers and are not foods subject to label according to clause 3 or 4 shall display information in Thai, with exception of imported food which may display in English, and at least shall contain the following statements: 	(1)	Name and type of kind of food; 	(2)	Food serial number (if any); 	(3)	Net content of food in metric system; 	(4)	Name and address of manufacturer or repacker for locally produced food, 		name and address of importer and country of origin for imported food, as 		the case may be.  As for locally produced food, the label may display name 		and address of head office of the manufacturer or repacker."
