Description

Clause 10 of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.222) B.E. 2544(2001) Ice Cream dated 24 July B.E.2544(2001) is withdrawn and replaced by the following statement: "Clause 10 Labelling of ice cream shall be in accordance with the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health regarding labelling.  In case of label which is attached/sticked, affixed or displayed on ice cream container for one consumption unit, the statement according to clause 3(11) of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.194) B.E.2453(2000) Labelling dated 19 September B.E.2543(2000) shall be displayed, on the label or on the package of the ice cream container."
