Description
This draft Mexican Official Standard (NOM) establishes the minimum efficiency ratings and evaluation test method for and specifications for marking rated efficiency on the plates of motors marketed in Mexico, in line with technological advances and domestic and international market conditions. This Standard applies to open- and closed-loop, horizontal- and vertical-mounted, three-phase squirrel-cage AC induction electric motors with a rated output of 0.746 kW to 373 kW.
