Description
This document is proposing evaporative emissions standards for marine vessels that use spark-ignition engines (including stern drive, inboard, and outboard engines and personal watercraft). Also plans are discussed to propose standards in the future regulating exhaust emissions from spark-ignition marine engines. This action also proposes new emission standards for highway motorcycles, including motorcycles of less than 50 cubic centimeters in displacement.
