Description
The following amendments will be made in Safety Inspection Criteria of BB guns: - To expand the coverage of safety inspection relating to BB guns. Toy guns with less than 0.08J of bullet energy will be categorized as BB guns and will be subject to safety inspection. - To reinforce labelling requirements for consumers' responsibility, and to newly introduce the following warning label for sales person: "Sales activities to the people who are under the prescribed age limits are subject to be fined".
