This Draft Mexican Official Standard establishes the trade descriptions of the different types of milk, milk formula and mixed milk product that are marketed within the territory of the United Mexican States, as well as the physicochemical specifications that such products must meet in order to display such descriptions, the test methods used in order to prove their compliance and the commercial information that must be shown on the product containers.
