A modification of the Notification of Ministry of Public Health (No. 202) B.E.2544(2001) Products made from the Hydrolysis or fermentation of Soybean Protein. Permissible limit of 3-MCPD or 3-Chloro-1,2 popanediol shall not exceed 1 mg per 1 kg of product made from the hydrolysis or fermentation of soybean protein.
