Description
Sweden intends to classify the substances 2,5-dimethoxy-4-isopropylthiophenethylamine (2C-T-4) and bromo-benzodifuranyl-isopropylamine (Bromo-Dragonfly), which are hallucinogenic and which stimulate the central nervous system, as products harmful to health under the Act (1999:42) banning certain substances that are harmful to health. This will result, inter alia, in it being impermissible to import or possess the substances without a special licence issued by the Medical Products Agency. Such a licence may be granted for scientific or industrial purposes.
