Description

The present Regulation is based on Article 18 of the Decree exemption protected animal and plant species (G/TBT/Notif.00/345) and must be read in conjunction with the Regulation exemption protected animal and plant species (submitted for notification simultaneously with the present Regulation). With regard to the exemptions included in Article 10(3), Article 12(1-c), Article 14(1-b), Article 15(4), Article 19(2) of the Regulation exemption protected animal and plant species from the bans in the Flora and Fauna Act, it is stipulated that a log will be kept.  The present Regulation contains regulations for keeping such a log.
