Description
The document shall regulate the procedures of conformity, safety, quality and other specified mandatory requirements for imported alcohol products released for free circulation, temporarily imported for inward processing or processed under custom control. Mandatory evaluation of alcohol products shall be carried out for alcohol products, including beer, classified within the Combined Nomenclature under 22.03-22.08. This procedure shall not apply to alcohol products, which are temporarily imported for exhibitions or for representation purposes. The mandatory evaluation of alcohol products shall be carried out by the bodies of State Food and Veterinary Service.
