Description

The Regulation requires the labelling of cut gemstones and cut gemstone ornament to be sold in Thailand contain the following information: 1)	name and address or registered trademark of manufacturers or distributors or importers as the case may be, in the case of imported products to be sold in Thailand, the information shall also contain the country of manufacture. 2)	trade name of gemstone;  and the statements "natural gemstone" or "synthetic gemstone" or "imitating gemstone" as the case may be; 3.	weight of cut gemstone or cut gemstone ornament in carat or use symbol "ct"; 4.	purity of gold ornament used in forming (carat or per cent or symbol "K" or "%"); 5.	Price in Thai currency or foreign currency or symbol of such currency.
