Description

A modification of the labelling requirements for gold ornaments.  The Announcement: -	withdraws the Announcement of the Committee on labels No.50 B.E.2533(1990) Labelling Requirements for Gold Ornaments, Cut Gemstones and Formed Gemstones, dated 1November B.E.2533(1990); -	requires the label to contain the following information: 	(1)	type or kind of gold ornaments, in the case of imported products to be sold in Thailand the label shall contain the country of manufacture; 	(2)	name and address of registered trademark of manufacturers or importers, as the case may be; 	(3)	fineness of gold ornaments (carat or per cent or symbol "K" or "%"); 	(4)	weight of gold ornaments in gram or symbol "g"; 	(5)	price in Thai currency and other foreign currency or symbol of such currency.
