Ce projet d'arrêté, en matière d'éclairage et d'électricité, concerne des modifications à l'Arrêté du 9 janvier 1990 relatif aux règles de sécurité applicables aux établissements flottants ou bateaux stationnaires et les bateaux en stationnement sur les eaux intérieures recevant du public. Les modifications envisagées sont liées aux modifications envisagées pour les dispositions générales communes aux établissements recevant du public du premier groupe (articles EL et EC).
