Description
Establishes that tyres which are not produced as standard fittings for a model of motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer, and are manufactured or imported solely for the replacement market, will be certified as spare parts by the National Directorate of Industry. Likewise, it refers to the registration of tyre manufacturers, importers and retreaders for the purpose of granting type-approval certificates for safety auto parts.
