Description

Uncut diamonds sent or originated from Sierra Leone are prohibited for importation in the Kingdom of Thailand unless accompanied with certificate of origin issued by the government of Sierra Leone.  However, such certificate could be used as an evidence for exception only if the Committee assigned by the United Nations Council has reported to the United Nations Council that the Sierra Leone has made the process of certification compulsory.
