Description
The proposal implements the requirements for automatic catchweighing instruments made by OIML R 51 (Recommendation of the International Organisation of Legal Metrology) into national legislation. The proposal determines metrological and connected technical requirements that have to be fulfilled by automatic weighing instruments at individual weighing, additional requirements for electronic automatic catchweighing instruments for individual weighing, type testing procedures, verification time limits and marking.
