Description
Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has proposed to withdraw TIS 52-2516(1973) as a mandatory standard. This standard covers tapioca products prepared from dehydrated tapioca in either of fibre, piece, sheet, chunk, bar or pellet styles excluding tapioca starch or crude tapioca. Specifies requirements for starch, sand, crude fibre, moisture content and free from foreign materials, abnormal odour and colour, fermentation, rottenness, moulds or insects. Includes packaging, marking, sampling and analysis.
