Description

The summary of the Amendments is as follows: -	enlarging the category of vehicles equipped with ABS and equipped with rear under-ride guard device (harmonizing with ECE Regulation) and equipped with rear reflex reflector; -	enlarging the total area of emergency glass and labelling the warning sentence; -	for the van-type truck, the bulkhead is closed tightly and goods-loading accommodations area must be larger than the occupant area; -	light axis regulating system of HID headlamp shall be automatic system (harmonizing); -	for the buses, applying the same fuel leakage collision test with passenger car test and applying new fuel leakage to the vehicles propelled by LP fuel; -	for mini-sized passenger car, applying bumper test and the same frontal crash test with the normal passenger car standard; -	applying the new side collision test to passenger car; -	increasing the frontal cash test speed of buses up to 48 km/h; -	for large buses, applying overturning and body strength test; -	labelling the air-bag warning table for the only front seat; -	accuracy of engine power measurement harmonizing with ECE Regulation; -	classifying the stopping distance and operating force of service brake system in detail.
