Description
This Mexican Official Standard will establish minimum specifications for male condoms made of natural latex. Note: This Standard does not apply to the effectiveness of spermicides and other active lubricants or coatings. However, the manufacturer must possess a quality certificate which guarantees that these products neither contain nor release substances which are toxic, irritating or harmful during normal conditions of use. This Standard will be mandatory throughout the national territory for all industries, laboratories and establishments involved in the processing and sale of latex male condoms.
