Description
The draft regulation specifies requirements on the design and equipment of motorised devices. The new regulation replaces the existing regulations VVFS 1993:16 and TSVFS 1990:71. The basic rules regarding design and equipment of vehicles in the former Vehicle Decree (1972:595) have been incorporated in the regulation. The regulation contains provisions regarding new as well as old vehicles which have been brought into use with regard to the transitional provisions given in the Vehicles Decree.
