Description
This Standard will establish requirements and corresponding testing methods for dry chemical powder consisting largely of mono ammonium phosphate, for use in fire extinguishers designed for class A, B, and C fires. It will be applicable throughout the national territory and will apply to manufacturers, importers and traders of ABC dry chemical powder as well as to persons handling fire extinguishers containing this agent.
