Description

Certain types of food are required to be in accordance with a specified production method, tools and equipment used in the production and storage process. Good Manufacturing Practice on General Hygiene which covers the following items shall be applied: (1)	Premises and production buildings; (2)	Tools, machinery and equipment used in the production process; (3)	Processing control; (4)	Sanitation; (5)	Maintenance and cleaning; (6)	Personnel and personnel hygiene.  Manufacturers shall comply with this arrangement. Importers shall provide certificates of satisfaction with this arrangement or with the level not lower than this arrangement.   Those who received licenses for food production or food registration or food labelling prior to the enforcement of this ministerial notification, which do not comply with this ministerial notification, shall provide for improvement or certificates, as the case may be, within 2 years from the date of entry into force of the arrangement.
