The scope of the provisions is the performance of an entire measuring system when in use, not the particular sub-assembly that together with other sub-assemblies makes up a measuring system. Measuring systems consists of meters, power-lines and in some cases transformers. In Chapter 2, section 3 (a) proposed requirements for time switches are being notified. This particular provision concerns a sub-assembly.
