The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu would like to notify that the "Regulations Governing the Labeling which shall be labeled of Infant and Follow-up Formula," as per G/TBT/N/TPKM/467 on 5 October 2021 and as per G/TBT/N/TPKM/467/Add.1 on 30 August 2022, was promulgated on 1 February 2023 and will come into effect on 1 January 2025.
