The Regulation relates to waste. Pursuant to the Environmental Management Act, the dumping of waste outside of an establishment is forbidden. The Decree relating to exemptions from the dumping ban outside of establishments grants an exemption from the dumping ban on waste products outside establishments for dredgings of categories 0, 1 and 2. This Regulation indicates the way it must be established that the product concerned is category 0, 1 and 2 dredging.
