This draft Commission Implementing Decision requires EU Member States to designate and make available, on a non-exclusive, non-interference and non-protected basis, the frequency bands  880-915 MHz, 925-960 MHz,  1 710-1 785 MHz, 1 805-1 880 MHz, 1 920-1 980 MHz, 2 110-2 170 MHz 2 500-2 570 MHz and 2 620-2 690 MHz for the implementation of GSM, UMTS, LTE non-AAS and 5G NR non-AAS on board vessels, in compliance with the technical conditions set out in the Annex to the Decision. It repeals Commission Decision 2010/166/EU.
