Description

As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or Commission) announces that the Commission has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for extension of approval of a collection of information associated with the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles and the Standard for the Flammability of Vinyl Plastic Film, previously approved under OMB control number 3041-0024. OMB's most recent extension of approval will expire on 31 August 2023. On 20 June 2023, CPSC published a notice in the Federal Register to announce the Commission's intention to seek extension of approval of the collection of information. The Commission received no comments on the burden estimates contained in that notice.Submit written or electronic comments not later than 27 September 2023.This notice is identified by Docket Number CPSC-2009-0092. The Docket Folder is available on Regulations.gov at https://www.regulations.gov/docket/CPSC-2009-0092/document and provides access to primary documents as well as comments received.
