Regulation of The Head of NADFC RI Number HK.03.1.5.12.11.09956 year 2011 concerning Registration Procedure for Processed Food has been amended several times and revoked by  Regulation of the Chairperson of Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (FDA) Number 7 of 2021 regarding the Registration of Processed Food.The notified draft is the amendment version of Indonesian Regulation of the Chairperson of Indonesian FDA Number 7 Year 2021.  This amendment regulation covers:1. The provisions of the procedure and requirements of prepackaged processed food registrations are based on a risk-based approach;2. Changes in provision related to registration output;3. Additional provisions for a legal basis if there are changes to the determination of the level of risk impacts the assessment procedure, that could be determined by a Decree of the Chairperson of the Indonesian FDA;4. The inclusions of the obligation to fulfill commitments for Medium-low risk business operator and provisions to wear out the old labels due to not being able to re-registered but they required to do the new registration.
