Please be advised that National Technical Regulation Directorate (DNRT) Provision No. 20/2023 established the initiation of the implementation stages described in Point 6 of the Annex to Secretariat of Domestic Trade Resolution No. 910/2021: Specific Technical Regulation establishing the labelling and technical quality and safety requirements to be met by products identified as ceramic blocks and tiles that are marketed in the ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. The measure also clarifies that for the purpose of complying with the marking and labelling obligations established in Point 5 of Annex I to the above-mentioned Resolution, ONE (1) label shall be used, to be placed on the body of the product or on its primary packaging, with all the details specified in the item.
