The Republic of Colombia hereby notifies Resolution No. 20233040030835 of 21 July 2023 postponing the entry into force of Resolution No. 20223040044455 concerning new pneumatic tyres, retreaded and spares; Resolution No. 20223040044845 of 2022 on retro-reflective tape used on motor vehicles and their trailers; and Resolution No. 20223040065305 of 2022 on pneumatic tyres for motorcycles. The resolutions postponed in Resolution No. 20233040030835 were notified in documents G/TBT/N/COL/250, G/TBT/N/COL/251 and G/TBT/N/COL/258. Document: G/TBT/N/COL/250, Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 20223040044845 of 2022 issuing the Technical Regulation establishing the requirements applicable to retro-reflective tape for use on motor vehicles and their trailers circulating in Colombia.
