Description

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No 747 "On approval of groups of combined medical warning sets consisting of 14 options of text and illustrations, technical requirements for its layout, design and form, as well as the procedure for their application by manufacturers of smoking tobacco products" on April 18, 2023. The Order was registered with the Ministry of of Justice of Ukraine on May 30, 2023, published on June 19, 2023 and  will  come into force on January 11, 2024.
