Notification for MTCTE Phase III & IV were initially issued vide notification dated 22 September 2021 published vide G/TBT/N/IND/218 dated 15 November 2021. The above notification was modified and the revised date of enforcement were published vide G/TBT/IND/231 dated 06 July 2022. The present addendum is in respect of notification dated 23 June 2023 by which the MTCTE certification requirement date for products listed in Annexure I of the notification has been extended to 01 October 2023 and for products listed in Annexure II the certification requirement date has been extended to 01 January 2024. Also vide Annexure III of the notification, the date of acceptance of ILAC Reports for the products mentioned therein has been extended to 31 December 2023.
