The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare have issued Resolution No. 395 of 2023, "Providing for the continuation of Resolution No. 0689 of 2016, as amended by Resolution No. 0837 of 2017 and Resolution 1770 of 2018, adopting the Technical Regulation establishing the maximum levels of phosphorus and the biodegradability of surfactants present in detergents and soaps, and introducing other provisions".
