Adopted measure: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30 of 29 October 2021 supplementing Directive 2014/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the application of the essential requirements referred to in Article 3(3), points (d), (e) and (f), of that DirectivePublished in the Official Journal of the EU:OJ L 7, 12.1.2022, p. 6–10 (BG, ES, CS, DA, DE, ET, EL, EN, FR, GA, HR, IT, LV, LT, HU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SL, FI, SV)Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30 provides that, as of 1st August 2024, the essential requirements that are set out in Article 3(3), first subparagraph, points (d), (e) and (f), of Directive 2014/53/EU shall apply to the classes and categories of radio equipment specified in that Delegated Regulation.The purpose of the draft Delegated Regulation, which amends the second subparagraph of Article 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30, is to defer the application of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30, so that more time is given to the European Standardisation Organisations to develop relevant complex harmonised standards and to the manufacturers to adapt their products with the state of the art.The text of the draft Commission Delegated Regulation is available on the EU-TBT website: http://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/tbt/en/
