TITLE: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Taconite Iron Ore Processing Amendments; Extension of Comment PeriodAGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment periodSUMMARY: On 15 May 2023, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a proposed rule titled, "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Taconite Iron Ore Processing Amendments." The EPA is extending the comment period on this proposed rule that currently closes on 29 June 2023, by 8 days. The comment period will now remain open until 7 July 2023, to allow additional time for stakeholders to review and comment on the proposal.DATES: The public comment period for the proposed rule published in the Federal Register (FR) on 15 May 2023 (88 FR 30917), originally ending on 29 June 2023, is being extended by 8 days. Written comments must now be received on or before 7 July 2023.This extension of comment period and the proposed rule notified as G/TBT/N/USA/1999 are identified by Docket Number EPA-HQ-OAR-2017-0664. The Docket Folder is available from Regulations.gov at https://www.regulations.gov/docket/EPA-HQ-OAR-2017-0664/document and provides access to primary and supporting documents as well as comments received. Documents are also accessible from Regulations.gov by searching the Docket Number. WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point by or before 4pmEastern Time on 7 July 2023. Comments received by the USA TBT Enquiry Point from WTO Members and their stakeholders will be shared with the regulator and will also be submitted to the Docket on Regulations.gov if received within the comment period.
