The list does not contain any personally identifiable or confidential information and is posted on the CHC website for public access. The list of reported vessels and engines can be found on the Reported Vessels page. CARB staff will make every effort to update this list monthly. The list posted online reflects information as reported by vessel operators and processed as complete by CARB staff. It does not indicate compliance with the CHC regulation and is not exhaustive of all CHC operating in Regulated California Waters. It does not include vessel reports received that are not fully processed as complete.
