Description

NHTSA received two requests to extend the comment period for the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) regarding side underride guards published on 21 April 2023 at 88 FR 24535 (notified in G/TBT/N/USA/1985). The comment period for the ANPRM was scheduled to end on 20 June 2023.
