Extra virgin olive oil and virgin olive oil only, may be labelled with organoleptic characteristics regarding taste and smell. -The terms may be used in accordance with the results of organoleptic tests.Amendment of the  conditions under which the acidity or maximum acidity of the olive oil, virgin olive oil, extra virgin olive oil or olive-pomace oil may be labelled. These conditions are a statement in characters of the same size and in the same field of vision, of the values of the peroxide value, the wax content and the ultraviolet absorbency.
