Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Law of Ukraine No 3339 "On State Regulation of Genetically Engineered Activities and State Control over Placing GMOs and Genetically Modified Products on the Market" on 23 September 2023.The Law will entry into force on 16 September 2026, except for paragraphs six to nine of subparagraph 7 of paragraph 8, paragraph 9 of Section 12 of this Law, which entered into force on 17 September 2023.
