Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the 
comment period for the Information Collection Request (ICR) number 
2170.09, for the proposed Air Emissions Reporting Requirements (AERR), 
published in the Federal Register on 9 August 2023. The EPA is 
reopening the comment period on this ICR to 18 October 2023.>The comment period for the ICR published on 9 August 2023 at 88 
FR 54118 is reopened. Comments must be received on or before 18 October 2023. This reopening of information collection request (ICR 2170.09) comment period and the proposed rule notified as G/TBT/N/USA/2035 is identified by Docket Number EPA-HQ-OAR-2004-0489. The Docket Folder is available from Regulations.gov at https://www.regulations.gov/docket/EPA-HQ-OAR-2004-0489/document and provides access to primary and supporting documents as well as comments received. Documents are also accessible from Regulations.gov by searching the Docket Number.
