Notification for MTCTE Phase III & IV were initially issued vide notification dated 22 September 2021 published vide G/TBT/N/IND/218 dated 15 November 2021. The above notification was modified and the revised date of enforcement were published vide G/TBT/N/IND/231 dated 06 July 2022.Subsequently published with addendum vide G/TBT/N/IND/231/Add.1 dated 23 June 2023. The present addendum is in respect of notification dated 27 September 2023 by which the MTCTE certification requirement date for products listed in Annexure I of the notification has been extended to 01 January 2024.
