CARB staff has published CARB Mail-Out # ECCD 2023-01, "Guidance for On-Board Diagnostic II and Heavy-Duty On-Board Diagnostic Production Vehicle/Engine Evaluation Testing and Manufacturer Self-Testing Reporting Documentation." This document contains details on CARB-developed templates that manufacturers may use to report the testing result information required by the OBD II and heavy-duty OBD regulations.
