Description

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission extends the comment and reply comment periods of the Notice of the Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in PS Docket No. 23-239 that was released on 10 August 2023. This document also corrects a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) link in the summary of the NPRM that was published in the Federal Register on 25 August 2023The deadline for filing comments is extended to 6 October 2023, and the deadline for filing reply comments is extended to 10 November 2023.This extension of comment and reply comment periods; correction and the proposed rule notified as G/TBT/N/USA/2041 are identified by PS Docket No. 23-239. The Docket Folder is available on the FCC's website at https://www.fcc.gov/edocs/search-results?t=quick&dockets=23-239 and provides access to associated documents as well as comments received (if any). Documents are also accessible from the FCC's Electronic Document Management System (EDOCS) by searching the PS Docket Number. Comments are due on or before 6 October 2023; reply comments are due on or before 10 November 2023. WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point by or before 4pmEastern Time on 10 November 2023. Comments received by the USA TBT Enquiry Point from WTO Members and their stakeholders will be shared with the regulator and will also be submitted to the FCC Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) if received within the comment period.
