Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine  No 1263 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Refrigerating Appliances" of December 01, 2023.The Resolution was published on December 07, 2023 and  will enter into force in six months after the termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.Refrigerating appliances, which meet the requirements of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Household Refrigerating Appliances, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 158 of February 27, 2019 and placed on the market before the entry into force of the Resolution No 1263 of December 01, 2023, may not be prohibited or restricted due to non-compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation approved by the Resolution No 1263.
