This draft Circular provides amendments for the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications (the “List of Group 2 products and goods” for short). The following Articles are amended in the draft Circular:_x000D_ Article 1. Amendments for the Circular No.04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023 specifying the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications_x000D_ 1. Replace the Annex I of the Circular No.04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023 with Annex I of this Circular;_x000D_ 2. Replace the Annex II of the Circular No.04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023 with Annex II of this Circular._x000D_ Article 2. Enforcement_x000D_ The Circular No.10/2023/TT-BTTTT dated Sep 05, 2023 suspending the implementation of some parts/whole of technical regulations of the Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023 expires from the effective date of this Circular._x000D_ Article 3. Implementation_x000D_ Annex I. List of information and communication products and goods subject to mandatory certification and declaration;_x000D_ - Modification items: 1.1.6 (for 5G BTS)_x000D_ - Modification items: 1.1.3; 1.1.4; 1.1.5; 1.1.6; 1.1.8; 1.1.9; 1.1.10; 1.1.11 (for extreme conditions and some specific technical requirements); _x000D_ - Modification items: 1.1.1; 1.1.5; 1.1.9; 2.2; 2.6; 2.7; 2.8 (for application of new QCVNs). _x000D_ - Notes: #1 to #4._x000D_ Annex II. List of information and communication products and goods subject to mandatory declaration._x000D_ - Modification items: 3.1.1; 3.2.1; 3.2.2; 3.3.1; 3.3.2; 3.3.3; 3.3.4; 3.3.5; 3.3.6; 3.3.8; 3.3.9; 3.3.10; 3.3.11; 3.3.12; 3.3.13; 3.3.14; 3.3.15; 4.3; 4.4 (for extreme conditions and some specific technical requirements; and switch to application of QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT)_x000D_ - Modification items: 4.1; 4.2 (for application of new QCVNs)._x000D_ - Notes: #1 and #2._x000D_ Proposed date of adoption:  29 Feb 2024_x000D_ Proposed date of entry into force:  01 April 2024
