Description
This draft national technical regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") applies to the classification and inspection of high-speed inland waterway ships (hereinafter abbreviated as "ships") operating on inland waterways within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam that are inspected and classified by the Vietnam Register.This draft technical regulation does not apply to oil tankers, ships carrying liquefied gas or dangerous chemicals in bulk.This draft technical regulation does not apply to ships used for national security and defense purposes and fishing ships.
