Description

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine No. 796 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation for Energy Labelling of Refrigerating Appliances" of 08 September 2023.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 02 November 2023 and published on 13 December 2023.The Order will enter into force simultaneously with the termination of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 702 of 07 August 2013 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation for Energy Labelling of Household  Electric Refrigerators", but not earlier than six months after its official publication.
